18th Century Shoe Cutting Board
8”x8" tempered glass cutting board that doubles as a serving tray or cheese board, which features an image of an embroidered shoe. Made in Rhode Island.
The silk shoes are covered in colorful floral embroidery and trimmed in olive green with overlapping instep straps that would of been closed with an oval shaped buckle inlaid with faux diamonds. A note printed on paper in one of the shoes reads, 'Made by Jn O Hose & Son Cheapside near Milk Street LONDON.'
